Bristol

– 411 –

Saloon

The V8 powered luxury model is easily comparable to a Rolls Royce of its’s time.

This Bristol 411 initially came to us for a full interior re-trim. It turned out not to be as straightforward as we had originally thought due to the fact that the sunroof had been previously removed and badly repaired. This meant that it was necessary for us to strengthen the roof in order to carry out the re-trim.

As well as the upholstery we were asked to make the driver’s seat height adjustable, which was not standard for this car. We designed and built a custom system using technology from another make of car so the Bristol (and its owner) can now enjoy this feature.

We pride ourselves on being thorough and always pay attention to detail so upon further inspection of the car we agreed with the client that the rear floor needed some TLC. All corroded areas were repaired, protected and undersealed.

As well as this, the woodwork was refurbished, the brightwork re-chromed and the front brakes were upgraded from drums to discs.

The Bristol was then treated to Kensington Blue carpets and seats trimmed in Prescott Turtle Dove premium leather. Following this it was decided that the exterior needed a freshen up.
